Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to receive, deliver, and stock Central Supply items for patient care. You will maintain PAR levels, run counts, and coordinate with the Inventory Coordinator and Associate Buyer on orders.

The role requires attention to detail, math skills, and strong communication to support a seamless supply chain for our hospital and clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years inventory experience preferred.
• Healthcare inventory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders and manage back sources for high-demand items.
• Deliver supplies to floors, stock PAR levels and adjust as needed.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory Coordinator and Associate Buyer on orders.
• Assist customers at Central Supply and maintain supplies/records.
