Skills

Industrial engineering experience in a warehousing environment

Leveraging lean principles (e.g., Muda, Mura, Muri, 5S, Kaizen)

Developing labor standards using time studies (e.g., MOST)

Advanced facility with ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP and Manhattan)

Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Familiarity with warehouse layout optimization

Knowledge of local labor laws and safety standards (NJ, CA)
