Job summary
Wagner Logistics is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Monroe, LA team to optimize warehousing processes and workflows. You will apply lean concepts, analyze data, and design improvements across operations, layouts, and metrics, while supporting continuous improvement programs and project work.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehousing or manufacturing, strong communication, and experience with data analysis, WMS, CAD, and Tableau.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Data Analysis (or equivalent).
- 7+ years in warehousing or manufacturing with process improvement exposure (Six Sigma/Lean preferred).
- Proficient with data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, update, and maintain facility layouts and workflows.
- Establish metrics and countermeasures to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and document continuous improvement initiatives and SOPs.
- Support new facility launches, project pricing, and end-to-end project work.
- Travel up to 25% to support projects.
