Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive throughput improvements and optimize operations.
• Lead lean projects (5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen).
• Roll out OpsEdge program across departments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and maintenance.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports.
• Coach staff in lean methods.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
