Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing operations and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Experience with capacity planning, labor standards, time studies, workflow analysis, and cost reduction initiatives; simulation software to support optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Industrial Engineering teams, establishing labor standards and work measurement programs.
• Analyze production processes, layouts, and performance to optimize labor, equipment, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Develop and implement production planning, cost control, and management systems aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design manufacturable products and improve efficiency.
• Optimize material flow, logistics, and distribution while supporting site-wide performance improvements.
