Intellectt Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with strong hands-on manufacturing and shop floor experience.

The role focuses on improving assembly processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and implementing Lean principles across the plant floor. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, expertise in Time Study, Line Balancing, VSM, and continuous improvement, and a proven ability to collaborate with manufacturing and quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on shop floor experience with Lean principles.

Responsabilidades

• Study assembly lines to identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Conduct Time Studies and Line Balancing with station and operator analysis.
• Develop and analyze Value Stream Maps (VSM) including current/future state.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and downtime; support Kaizen initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, production, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
