You will analyze workflows, balance lines, and lead process improvements with cross-functional teams, using advanced Excel and data analytics to deliver measurable cost and throughput gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an industrial engineering role in manufacturing.
• 2+ years partnering with HR, IT, Payroll and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product costing, routings, labor standards and incentive pay.
• Develop standard production methods for lines and DCs.
• Maintain labor management standards and incentive structures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and Operations to support pay programs.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve throughput and cost efficiency.
• Conduct workflow analyses and time studies using Excel and analytics tools.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to operations leadership.
