Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lean experience or Kaizen knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in start-up meetings.
• Work on production floor 80% of time.
• Apply lean principles and 5S practices.
• Lead and mentor team in standard work and A3 problem solving.
• Perform daily safety and quality Gemba.
• Maintain standardized work in Excel.
• Lead Kaizen events and report improvements.
