Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the plant's Continuous Improvement Team.
• Coordinate Lean activities and partner with CI Team.
• Identify waste and improvement opportunities across operations.
• Facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events.
• Develop and implement waste-reduction and performance-improvement solutions.
• Document and standardize improvements.
