MARSHALLTOWN is recruiting Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Interns for Summer 2027 at our Fayetteville, AR location. You will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, cost reduction and documentation projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Review process flow using Lean principles (Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Analyze current manufacturing and shipping processes for improvements.
Collect and analyze data.
Assist in implementing new processes.
