The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have over 4 years of relevant experience.

Compensation is between $88,000 and $98,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Lean/Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead improvement activities with limited supervision.
• Maintains a hands-on approach to implementing and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen Events with a cross-functional team.
• Implement a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) to improve material flow.
• Drive flow optimization across operations.
