Job summary

Generac is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer II based in Whitewater, Wisconsin, to drive process improvements through the Generac Manufacturing System. You will lead initiatives using Lean principles, engage in coaching, and solve complex issues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Continuous Improvement or Lean Engineering experience.
• 3 years of demonstrated implementation experience in Lean principles.

• Mentor facility team members in understanding and using Lean principles.
• Develop and document standard work for continuous improvement.
