Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in Bristol, NH, is seeking a Lean Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the site. You will lead Lean transformation initiatives, plan Kaizen events, and deliver measurable efficiency gains while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on Lean manufacturing experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a track record of delivering end-to-end projects. On-site employment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Strong self-starter able to work independently and drive results.
• Ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority.
• Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred (or willingness to obtain Black Belt).

• Plan, facilitate, and follow up on Kaizen events that deliver measurable and sustainable results.
