Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Plymouth, MI is seeking an Engineering Co-Op to support research and development through hands-on testing, data analysis, and documentation. You will operate mechanical testing and metrology equipment, collect and interpret results, and prepare clear reports.

The role requires current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in mechanical, chemical, materials, or related engineering, with the ability to balance class schedules and work year-round.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in mechanical, chemical, materials, or a related engineering field.
• Ability to work year-round while balancing a flexible schedule with class schedule.
• Must have completed at least the sophomore year of the degree program.
• Hands‑on experience working with mechanical equipment, tools, or testing processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
