Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, coordinating Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and communicating with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies parts and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
