Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking an Operational Performance Improvement (OPI) Consultant to join our downtown campus. You will partner with multidisciplinary leaders to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and patient care through Lean methods and data-driven problem solving.

The role emphasizes collaboration, facilitating change, and sustaining process improvements with the support of standard tools.

Formación

• 2+ years in process improvement or healthcare operations with measurable results.
• Lean principles knowledge; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as collaborator, communicator, facilitator, and change agent for improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support patient care, quality, and performance initiatives through standardized tools and processes.
• Evaluate existing workflows, practice patterns, and operational processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply Lean principles and process improvement methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing feedback and guidance regarding outcome measures, action plans, and sustainability strategies.
• Facilitate group discussions, improvement activities, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• Facilitate improvement efforts focused on optimizing processes, enhancing patient experiences, and improving organizational performance.
• Support the implementation and sustainability of process improvements through effective communication, collaboration, and change management.
