Baptist Health is seeking an Operational Performance Improvement (OPI) Consultant for a hybrid role based in Downtown Jacksonville. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve care quality, efficiency, and overall organizational performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare operations or process improvement, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and strong data analysis skills.

Formación

• At least 2 years of process improvement, healthcare operations, quality improvement, or project management experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for required experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and basic improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating group discussions related to improvement activities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a collaborator, communicator, facilitator, and change agent for organizational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support patient care, quality, and performance initiatives through standardized tools and processes.
• Evaluate workflows and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Apply Lean methods to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on outcome measures, action plans, and sustainability strategies.
• Facilitate improvement sessions and collaborative problem-solving.
• Support implementation and sustainability of improvements through clear communication and change management.
