You will work within manufacturing and industrial engineering while keeping CI fundamentals at the forefront to improve morale, product quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiency concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in Kaizen events and improvement initiatives with plant personnel.
• Assist in developing and tracking improvement action plans for progress & accountability.
• Facilitate CI practices to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Help maintain tracking tools and metrics for project transparency.
• Assist in developing business cases for CI projects and initiatives.
• Support training and coaching on CI tools and methodologies across the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with plant departments to support CI initiatives and provide updates.
• Apply basic project management to organize tasks and optimize resources.
• Build relationships with shop floor employees to identify improvement opportunities.
