Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Belen, NM is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive positive change using CI and lean methodologies. You will apply project management and manufacturing sciences to improve product quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety.

The role is primarily 1st shift with occasional off-shift coverage. You will work cross-functionally, lead Kaizens, train teams, and develop shop floor relationships to uncover and implement opportunities for better performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide CI support across departments to drive improvements.
• Lead improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Facilitate training on CI tools and lean concepts.
• Track projects using project management techniques.
• Build relationships with shop floor employees.
