Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search seeks a Lean & Continuous Improvement professional to support TQPS initiatives across manufacturing facilities in the United States. You will lead training, coaching, and mentoring on Lean methodologies and operational excellence, driving engagement and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role focuses on identifying waste, standardizing work, and sustaining improvements through PDCA, 5S, and KPI tracking within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge with Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and execution of TQPS (Total Quality Production System) initiatives across manufacturing facilities while helping drive continuous improvement strategies
• Lead and facilitate employee training, coaching, and mentoring programs focused on Lean Manufacturing, TQPS methodologies, and operational excellence
• Drive employee engagement by promoting TQPS principles, supporting PDCA initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify waste reduction opportunities, improve process efficiency, develop standardized work practices, and support cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and TQPS standards while maintaining accurate documentation, KPI tracking, and implementation records
• Coach teams on 5S, continuous improvement activities, suggestion programs, and operational excellence tools to sustain long-term performance improvements
