Qualifications

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and change management.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Lutron Production System pillars: standard work, visual management, 5S, process auditing, and problem solving at all levels.
• Collaborate with CI Champions to support cross-functional initiatives and project execution.
• Develop sustainable improvement capabilities through coaching and education.
• Drive adoption of tools and methods by reinforcing their value proposition.
• Assist leadership with improvement goals, prioritization, and resource allocation.
