Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a continuous improvement team focused on enhancing customer delivery and supply chain performance.
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive complex improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Partner with leadership to establish improvement goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources to high-impact opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a structured process to identify, triage, and implement improvement opportunities across the end-to-end value chain.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects with Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and business teams.
  • Conduct analytical assessments to identify risks and root causes impacting customer delivery and performance.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches to sustainable improvements.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives to improve supply chain resilience, flexibility, and delivery performance.
  • Manage project timelines, realize benefits, and maintain visibility into the improvement pipeline.
  • Develop clear communications and lead change management to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Mentor and coach team members in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Mentor and coach team members in project execution and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
