Job summary

Requirements include a Technical University Degree and expertise in Value Stream Mapping, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban and PPS, with SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams implementing Lean and ZPS.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity, quality and safety.
• Organize and lead Kaizen events and Lean workshops across manufacturing and support functions.
• Train and coach employees on Lean principles and PPS.
• Measure and report key manufacturing performance indicators.
