Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive process and operational changes across our manufacturing network in Bluffton and Plymouth, IN. You will lead problem-solving efforts, implement Redzone and Hershey Lean standards, and build operator capabilities to achieve loss-reduction targets.

You will develop CI plans using our diagnostics toolkit, coach leadership, and oversee capital projects and training programs to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience in manufacturing.
• 5–7 years in automated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Drive daily problem-solving and data-driven planning on targeted lines.
• Coach leadership on daily management systems using Redzone and S4.
• Develop and implement CI processes and capital projects.
• Establish training programs for front-line operators in Hershey Lean standards.
