Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience supervising commercial, institutional, or industrial construction projects.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience with Lean Construction principles and Last Planner System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and crews; monitor productivity and resolve issues.
• Conduct safety audits and weekly stand-up meetings; coordinate just-in-time delivery.
