Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a CIP Engineer to identify and implement improvements that boost safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. You will partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality to analyze processes and drive sustainable improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and standard work.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to influence teams.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field (required).
• BS/MS degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar preferred.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or LEAN Certified.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including production modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support lean manufacturing; develop cell layouts and design based on demand.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes.
• Use data to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve lead times and reduce costs.
