Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. seeks an NAM Operational Excellence Leader to drive a rapid LEAN deployment, lead CI initiatives, assess performance, identify gaps and implement improvement plans across the site.

You will monitor progress, share best practices, and ensure change management is embraced to improve customer satisfaction and performance. Responsibilities include coaching CI culture, leading cross-functional teams, implementing train-the-trainer programs, and co-creating the Business Area CI Plan

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10+ years in industrial manufacturing/operations.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or LEAN certification.
• Experience leading continuous improvement in industrial settings.
• Proficient with PowerBI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the facility lead practitioner, coach, trainer in CI culture.
• Facilitate CI actions and teams across platform/site.
• Implement train-the-trainer and learn-by-doing methods.
• Lead improvement projects and LEAN Enterprise workshops.
• Provide leadership in LEAN thinking and production.
• Co-create and measure progress on the CI Plan.
• Focus teams on CI to meet productivity objectives.
• Share best practices across Flowserve.
• Disseminate benchmarking data and ensure benefits.
• Ensure improvements are linked to operating results.
• Other duties as assigned.
