Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to deliver data-driven solutions across manufacturing, engineering, and quality. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and support problem-solving to improve process efficiency while partnering with the operations team.

Responsibilities include leading small to medium projects, monitoring production deviation, and communicating trends to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset and natural problem solver.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
Preference given to candidate with Manufacturing OEE software experience.

Responsibilities

Lead projects of small to medium complexity.
Collect and interpret data from various work cells within manufacturing.
Develop and maintain graphical analysis of data.
Update and maintain dashboards and reports critical to operational success.
Highlight trends, positive or negative, as indicated by the data to initiate corrective actions.
Monitor production deviation from standard, investigate root cause, and make appropriate corrections.
Drive execution of plant goals through communication of timely and effective data.
Assist with process documentation, work instructions, standardizing templates, and document control.
Takes accountability and possesses a sense of urgency.
