Job summary

Techtronic Industries Co. is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to deliver data-driven solutions across manufacturing, engineering, and quality by analyzing data and presenting insights to support process improvements.

You will lead small to mid-size CI projects, develop dashboards, monitor production deviations, and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive corrective actions and sustain gains.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mind-set and natural problem solver.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
  • Preference given to candidate with Manufacturing OEE software experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Collect and interpret data from various work cells within manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain graphical analysis of data.
  • Update and maintain dashboards and reports critical to operational success.
  • Highlight trends, positive or negative, as indicated by the data to initiate corrective actions.
  • Monitor production deviation from standard, investigate root cause, and make appropriate corrections.
  • Drive execution of plant goals through communication of timely and effective data.
  • Assist with process documentation, work instructions, standardizing templates, and document control.
  • Takes accountability and possesses a sense of urgency.
