Job summary

You will act as a change agent, map current-state processes, define future-state improvements, and run action plans to improve data quality, reduce waste, and accelerate testing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, data analytics, or process improvement.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or project lead is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical contributor for product testing and data analysis.
• Own assigned engineering workflows and drive process improvement.
• Define requirements for software products, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and stakeholders to enable adoption.
• Track projects, risks, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
