Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Group Manager of CI to lead an operational OPEX program across multiple manufacturing sites. You will drive waste elimination by analyzing processes, developing action plans and leading Kaizen and value‑stream improvements.

The role requires strong facilitation, cross‑functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple CI projects from definition through sustainment. Travel up to 75% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong Lean/CI background with proven project leadership.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Quick Hit and long-term projects from definition to execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across multiple sites and communicate results.
• Develop training and tools to elevate Lean capabilities at all levels.
• Establish standard KPIs and visual dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Drive accountability to ensure project sustainment and measurable outcomes.
