Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Account Transfers Pod Analyst to initiate, reconcile, and research asset transfer requests for Advisors. You will support paper and electronic transfers and help optimize the transfer process using Lean methods.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in brokerage operations, experience leading teams, and familiarity with ACATs/Non-ACATs, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Brokerage Operations including ACATs/Non-ACATs.
• Experience leading teams and serving as SME for your group.
• Lean Management System experience to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing escalated issues impacting the Advisor experience.
• Review and initiate paper and electronic asset transfer requests.
• Research and reconcile transfer requests to balance books and records.
• Communicate status to Financial Advisors and contra firms.
• Contribute to root cause problem solving for transfer processes.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve workflows.
• Support projects with requirements, scripts, and UAT testing.
