Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Material Flow Engineer for an automotive client in Warsaw, IN. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing and expertise in material flow and handling systems.

You will collaborate across functions, lead complex projects from design through implementation, and apply Lean principles to optimize flow, space utilization, and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CAD, simulations, ERP, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean principles to optimize material flow and layouts.
• Lead material handling projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams across functions to ensure alignment.
• Support lineside replenishment, kitting, and space utilization improvements.
