Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assembly or manufacturing environment; leadership/coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Able to work without supervision and manage time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate assembly or fabrication of mechanical parts for oilfield pumping equipment.
• Explain and promote safety awareness; maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Support quality and continuous improvement processes; encourage problem-solving and timely issue resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, and conduct minor repairs.
• Read blueprints/drawings and use precision measuring instruments; assign and supervise tasks to team.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical equipment; understand safe operation for testing/inspection outcomes.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication; use computers as needed.
• Ensure equipment capabilities are understood and apply safe repair and testing procedures.
