Qualifications

• Experience as a service plumber handling residential and commercial calls.
• Ability to diagnose hidden leaks and explain findings to customers.
• Comfort with water heater repair and replacement and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced leak detection and diagnostics on residential and commercial properties.
• Locate hidden leaks in walls, floors, ceilings, slabs, and underground piping.
• Repair water heaters and conduct drain and sewer diagnostics.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and coordinate field work with stakeholders.
