Job summary

TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Leak Detection Specialist to join our residential home service team. You’ll locate and diagnose water service leaks in residential plumbing using advanced equipment, protecting homes from water damage and ensuring peace of mind for customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, plumbing or leak-detection experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Prior experience in plumbing, leak detection, or related field is required.
• Nexstar Service Systems course completion preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record, and to pass drug screenings periodically throughout employment.
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
• Excitement and passion for home service.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
• Willingness to attend training and classes.
• Residency within 35 miles of any of our locations from Kennesaw to Roswell and Lawrenceville

• Maintain high lead percentage of sales opportunities to the plumbing sales team.
• Diagnose underlying issues.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Maintain and care for specialized leak detection equipment.
• Complete job documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while upholding safety and company standards.

You’ll play a critical role in protecting our customers’ homes from water damage and ensuring peace of mind through expert service.
