Qualifications

• Experience in residential plumbing or leak detection is highly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time with a plan for each service call.
• Locate residential water leaks using specialized equipment and diagnostics.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, slab leaks, sewer leaks, and water line issues.
• Perform non-invasive diagnostics to identify leak sources and malfunctions.
• Educate homeowners on operation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete plumbing repairs and install fixtures as needed.
• Clear drains and blockages with specialized tools.
• Operate plumbing tools and leak detection technology.
• Document results and recommendations via mobile tech.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience on every call.
