Job summary

QPS Employment Group in St. Charles, MO, is recruiting for a Folding Catcher Operator on the 2nd shift. The role involves handling printed leaflets, monitoring quality, and preparing paperwork.

You will train coworkers, operate folding equipment, and ensure packaging readiness while following all procedures. A high school diploma and basic vision system familiarity are preferred; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Experience in printing production preferred.
• Knowledge of scanning and vision systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow verbal directives in English.

Responsibilities

• Determine and print all needed paperwork for type of job.
• Follow all procedures required.
• Source printed materials for folding.
• Get QA sign in for job.
• Catch folded leaflets as they come out of the folder and arrange for packaging.
• Constantly monitor quality and size of finished leaflets during running.
• Box folded product for application or shipping depending on next stage.
• Training other co-workers as needed for production demands.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
