Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Flexo Press Operator to work in Saint Charles, MO. You will read job orders, set up the press to exact requirements, and monitor color accuracy to ensure top-quality output.

You will perform changeovers, make basic adjustments, and clean machinery, while gaining hands-on experience with paper bag assembly. Overtime is mandatory twice a month, with two shifts available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years Flexo printing experience with Print/Fold/Glue machines or similar.
• Technical education and certifications are a plus.
• PTO accrual up to 2 weeks after first year.
• 7 paid holidays are provided.

Responsibilities

• Read job orders and set up machine to specifications.
• Monitor printing quality and differentiate color variations for QC.
• Perform changeovers, basic adjustments, and cleaning of machinery.
• Understand and troubleshoot paper bag assembly.
• Complete Lock out Tag out operator training.
