We’re seeking motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales team. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to conduct sales presentations, helping homeowners make same-day decisions on gutter protection.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Proficient with navigating applications on an iPad (required).
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close sales.

Compensation:

• Uncapped, full commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000+.
• Performance-based bonuses.
• ICBA Contractors insurance available.

Schedule:

• Flexible weekly schedule.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
