Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Austin, TX (or Sylmar, CA) is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. This onsite role leads leadless and low voltage therapy product strategies, collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver meaningful customer value.

The position requires 5+ years in related roles, a strong education background (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel ~30%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Masters Degree- MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
5-8 years of related work experience with a complete understanding of the functional area.

Responsibilities

Lead upstream marketing and commercialization strategy for the leadless product portfolio.
Own the strategic planning process for the leadless portfolio with cross-functional teams.
Develop data-driven business recommendations to guide portfolio strategy and investments.
Act as SME on competitive dynamics, market trends and customer needs.
Lead lifecycle management and opportunities for market expansion and portfolio optimization.
Develop executive-level business cases and investment recommendations.
Build strategic relationships with physicians, KOLs, customers and vendors to generate insights.
Define and monitor key business performance indicators to optimize programs.
Influence stakeholders across a matrixed global organization to drive execution.
