Abbott in the United States seeks a Group Marketing Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management – Leadless US. The role is fully onsite in Austin, TX or Sylmar, CA, within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

You will lead demand creation for Aveir leadless pacemakers in US markets, coordinate launches with regional teams, and guide cross-functional programs while developing staff. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree is desired.
• 8+ years in sales/marketing in healthcare, medical devices or diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Create demand for the division's products by developing and executing the marketing plan.
• Coordinate launches and market development activities with regional teams and global unit.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop staff within budget and schedule.
• Deliver on goals; ensure Quality System effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
