Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program at the Truckee office, 10266 Truckee Airport Road, Suite B. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and be supported by mentoring and a clear path to promotion.

This program develops skills across sales, customer service, and operations, with growth into managerial roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid CA driver's license is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training Program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Develop skills to run a branch and cultivate new business.
