Job summary

Hertz Local Edition in Provo, Utah, is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, build leadership skills, and prepare for a Branch Manager role within 12–18 months. You will gain exposure to sales, operations, fleet management, and finance processes in a fast-paced team environment.

The program targets individuals aged 20+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
