You will receive hands-on training across sales, store operations, inventory, estimates, forklift certification, and business management, with promotion potential to general manager within 3–4 years and relocation willingness required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate for a management position.
• Full‑time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included)

Responsibilities

• Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Learn blueprint reading and material estimation; assist with payroll and invoicing.
