Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales-commission or sales with bonuses, or in customer service within a sales industry.
• Leadership role in military, clubs, or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• You will excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture of putting customers first.
