Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience with Bagel Brands preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English.
• Must pass background check as required by law.
• Must hold and maintain ServSafe Certification and any required local certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery operations to ensure fast, friendly service and guest-first hospitality.
• Uphold brand standards for food quality, speed, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coach, train and provide ongoing feedback to Shift Leaders, Bakers, and Team Members.
• Develop and certify Shift Leaders; build a succession pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
