With 3–5 years in financial operations and a Bachelor’s degree, you’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support diverse leadership programs that engage students, faculty, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations, business administration, accounting, or similar administrative functions.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders while balancing deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to analyze problems, improve processes, and implement operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Business Manager B role as primary financial operations and administrative lead for the McNulty Leadership Program.
• Coordinate with Wharton Finance & Administration and HR to ensure accurate financial processing and compliance.
• Support multiple leadership programs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
