Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Leadership Development or related field.
• Five years of experience in human resources management, school administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership pathway programs and identify high-potential employees.
• Collaborate with leaders to design and implement leadership development experiences.
• Maintain records and metrics related to leadership programs and outcomes.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on program effectiveness and participant outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition experiences for leadership roles.
