The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs, guiding online learning initiatives, and collaborating with state and national Farm Bureau teams to advance strategic workforce development.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a professional environment, including 3 years in training, leadership development or a relevant field.
• Experience working with volunteers, preferably in agriculture.
• Professional credential like CAE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training programs for Farm Bureau leaders and employees.
• Provide staff leadership for online learning programs (Farm Bureau University).
• Lead programs such as New Employee Orientation and Grassroots Engagement Training.
